He brings more than five decades of marketing experience and is the inventor of two patented motion-furniture devices. Vincent's greatest strength lies in building and maintaining trusted customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and long-term client satisfaction.

Connie co-founded the company in 1992 with her late husband, Gerald, and has been a driving force behind its growth ever since. With a background in accounting and research, she creates the technical materials that support the Bon Aqua water treatment solution. Her experience in the water treatment industry has given her a strong appreciation for its complexities and the importance of staying informed about emerging technologies, standards, and limitations.
