BON
AQUA INTERNATIONAL, INC. warrants to the original purchaser
only, that each stainless steel Bon Aqua™ water conditioner
(the "Product") shall be free of defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of 25 (twenty-five) years from
the date of purchase only from an authorized
Bon Aqua™ dealer. Should any such defects arise during
the 25 year period, the Product will be replaced or repaired
without charge by Bon Aqua International, Inc. promptly upon
the return of the defective Product to the nearest authorized
Bon Aqua™ dealer.
The warranty
obligations of Bon Aqua International, Inc. and the original
purchaser's sole remedy shall be limited to repair or replacement
of the Product only. Bon Aqua International, Inc. shall not
be liable or responsible under any circumstances or in any amount
for consequential or incidental damages or for injury or damages
to persons or property using or used with or in connection with
the Product, or for loss of profits or other costs or expenses
of any kind or character.
This warranty
applies only during normal use and care and is absolutely void
if the Product is misused, neglected, damaged, altered or repaired
by someone other than your authorized Bon Aqua™ dealer.
There are
no warranties or representations by Bon Aqua International,
Inc. other than as set forth above, either expressed or implied
and no person, firm, or corporation is authorized to make any
representation in the name of or on behalf of Bon Aqua International,
Inc. except as stated above.
